Harriet is bi-lingual in French and English, with expertise in professional translation services.
With experience in the psychiatric medical and hospitality (hotel, chalet) service industries, she applies her specific industry knowledge to her translation services.
Harriet is trained as a military reservist.
As an experienced artist, with a flair for original ideas and interpretation, Harriet is also able to provide design and branding expertise to businesses requiring this service.
She is currently developing a programme for teaching young children English through activities, song and signing.
Peter has over thirty years experience as an Army Officer, managing technical specialists and their training.
Peter's expertise in personal development and team-building is invaluable in highlighting strengths and weaknesses in corporate teams, providing management with the knowledge to better support their employees.
A specialist in adventurous training, Peter is an International Mountain Leader and Nordic ski and biathlon race organiser.
Cathie has over 30 years of training and education experience including over 20 years strategic and practical experience in assisting small and medium-sized businesses in their change management requirements, and in running her own business
As a specialist in Management, Customer Services and Business Communications training, she facilitates change, identifying where companies can grow in efficiency, professionalism and impact their bottom line.
Cathie served for sixteen years as an Army officer, specialising in training and education, including personal development and leadership training.
She has worked as a language trainer and teacher (French, German, Russian, Serbo-Croat), Management trainer (for Non-commissioned and junior officers) and as an Instructor-trainer (presentation and instructional skills). She was an NVQ trainer and verifier for Military units in Germany and a teacher trainer.
Cathie is also an English language teacher and translator, and prepares young people for common entrance and secondary education needs in the area of history, literature and politics .

Her clients include bankers, architects, ski professionals, beauticians, airline staff, medical and commercial clients of all sorts, as well as government employees of all levels.

In January 2023, Adam Rough joined our team following a 12-year career in Army Logistics, including a staff posting at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. His specialities are coaching and mentoring, leadership training and personal development.
He also holds diplomas in physical coaching and is experienced in analysing training needs and creating bespoke physical and intellectual training programmes for a variety of contexts.
